Online registration opened February 2020.
HOW CAN INCOMING FAMILIES REGISTER THEIR STUDENTS FOR KINDERGARTEN?
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED?
- Original/Certified Birth Certificate
- Photo ID of parent/guardian
- Proof of Residency (Homeowners: i.e., Residency Affidavit (Notarized), HUD1, title, or purchase agreement, two proofs of residency (current utility bills, voter registration card, W-2, paystub, insurance card) (Renters: i.e., Residency Affidavit (Notarized), Rental Affidavit (Notarized), two proofs of residency (examples above), & lease agreement.
- Physical with current immunizations 5. Custody Documents (if applicable)
- Special Education Documents (if applicable) (IEP/504 Plan)
HOW WILL DISTRICT PROVIDE ELECTRONIC ACCESS TO THOSE PARENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE IT AT HOME?
Our on-line registration process has been in place for a couple of years and this has not been an issue. Any future issues will be handle on a case-by-case basis.
