Effective 8/1/18, the following return policy applies to the purchase of all Lincoln Learning Solutions course enrollments:
- Withdrawal 1-30 days after course is released: $25 non-refundable restocking fee for individual courses.
- Withdrawal 31 days or more after the course is released: No credit.
- Any materials purchased are eligible for 100% refund upon return if the course is withdrawn within the 30-day window and materials returned to Lincoln Learning Solutions within two weeks (workbooks must be unused).
- Equipment that has been opened and/or used by a student is not eligible for a refund.
Courses can be withdrawn by contacting the assigned Student Learning Advocate.
