Join the SST3 to participate in a network designed to bring LEA’s together in support of one another the through One Plan implementation process. Together we will explore resources and strategies grounded in evidenced-based practice that promote successful implementation of strategies and action steps. All resources can be used throughout the 3 years of your plan. 

In this collaborative environment, we will:

• Identify specific tools to use as a leader to effectively monitor your One Plan.

• Identify specific monitoring data for TBT, BLT, and DLT aligned to your strategies and how to understand the data. 

• Examine how to use effective data analysis and practices that support collective efficacy and productivity for all teams.

• Provide support in utilizing the Ohio Improvement Process to implement your One Plan with intentionality. 

• Participate in a network of colleagues to share practices that are working in the field.
