What is your leadership brand? The Blueprint to Innovative Leadership is a leadership cohort designed to enhance participants' capacity to strengthen and develop highly effective teams, articulate "sticky" visions, unlock creative and innovative potential, and augment your instructional leadership. This professional learning experience will sharpen your ability to analyze/improve instruction, identify what your data is telling you about student learning, learn to strategize for the future, and transform your culture of learning through advanced problem solving and innovation. To maximize authentic professional feedback and reflections participants will network and collaborate monthly. The first session begins on Sept. 22, 2020 at 1:00- 2:00 pm. Using the power of design thinking, this unique cohort of emerging leaders will design their brand of innovative leadership in such a way to influence and increase learning, improve instruction, and shape your school's culture.
The Leadership Cohort begins on September 22 and continues October 20, November 17, January 19, February 23, March 23, April 27 and May 25, 2021. |
