- Proof of Residency: (ie., Lease/Mortgage Document; 2 Pieces of Current Business Mail (One must be a utility bill lease/mortgage document
- Custody Documents if Applicable, 6. Special Education Documents if Applicable (IEP/504 Plan)

The district has attempted to make the registration process user friendly.
HOW WILL DISTRICT PROVIDE ELECTRONIC ACCESS TO THOSE PARENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE IT AT HOME?
Internet access is available at the community libraries and within Crestwood District Parking lots.
