Currently, twenty-seven of the thirty-one eligible city school districts in the county with an aggregate ADM of approximately 121,675 receive supervision, curriculum development, staff development, assistance for students with disabilities, and research and development services through the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio.
