WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
Our online pre-registration started February 3, 2020. On February 18 and 19 we held the final registration and this is when the parents brought in the required documents. Those students that were not able to make those two days will make an appointment with our registration office to turn in the necessay paperwork. KDG - 12 registration will continue through the summer.
HOW CAN INCOMING FAMILIES REGISTER THEIR STUDENTS FOR KINDERGARTEN?
Go to ENROLL tab. Click on NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION. Follow the instructions.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED?
The documents needed are:
Student's original Birth Certificate: certified with State Seal (NO COPIES or BIRTH LETTERS).
Student's born outside the U.S. must have their native country's birth certificate and an original notarized English translation.
Proof of residency: Renter's must supply the Residency and Custody Affiavit along with the current lease. Home owner's need to bring in a current utility bill or mortagage loan statement along with the Residency and Custody Affidavit. Person's residing with others must have the owner do the Owner Affidavit and the resident must complete the Residency and Custody Affidavit. All the Affidavit's need to be notarized prior to registration.
Driver's License or state ID of residential parent.
Divorce Documents or Custody Documents (if applicable) must bring the certified copy.
A release of records and students immunizations records are required.
WHAT ELSE DO FAMILIES NEED TO KNOW? WHY SHOULD THEY REGISTER NOW?
Registering now will help our district form classes and make more accurate placements, also helps with transportation routes.
HOW WILL DISTRICT PROVIDE ELECTRONIC ACCESS TO THOSE PARENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE IT AT HOME?
Parents are more than welcome to come to our office and use our computers to register.
HOW IS THE SCHOOL PRACTICING SAFETY MEASURES FOR FACE-TO-FACE REGISTRATION?
A plexiglass shield has been installed between family and registrar, face masks required of all, social distancing, and sanitizing between visitors.
