WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED?
- Student's Birth Certificate,
- Student's Immunization Records.
- Proof of Residency - One of the following: tax bill, mortgage coupon, gas, electric or sewer/water bill, insurance policy on dwelling, or a signed rental or purchase agreement.
- Verification of legal custody/guardianship (only if child is not living with both his/her natural parents): Certified Copy of Court Order or Court Appointed Guardianship,
- Passport/VISA or green card for child and parents – if student was not born in the US.

Registering now will help our district form class sections and make more accurate placements, also helping with transportation routes
