Brooklyn 7th Grade Students Bring Holiday Cheer to Brooklyn Pointe
Seventh grade students from Brooklyn School recently visited with residents at Brooklyn Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care to participate in a variety of fun, holiday-themed activities. The seventh-grade class was divided into groups which visited Brooklyn Pointe on two separate days, Monday, December 16th and Wednesday, December 18th. During the visits, students and residents played a trivia game and enjoyed delicious cookies together. Both groups also made holiday crafts together and hung some of them on the beautiful Christmas tree located in the lobby. Brooklyn Pointe residents also enjoyed a special holiday performance by the Brooklyn High School Choir directed by Mrs. Kim Cipriani on Tuesday, December 17th. The residents enjoyed spending time with Brooklyn students and expressed appreciation for the respect and care they demonstrated. Thank you to the seventh-grade class for proudly representing the district and themselves while spreading holiday cheer to members of the community.
