Local Beekeeper Visits Bedford’s Glendale Primary School

Mrs. Harrison is a local beekeeper who visited Bedford’s Glendale Primary School to talk about bees! Mrs. Harrison is also a grandparent to one of the first grade students at Glendale Primary School. Glendale’s theme this school year is “We BEElieve in Our Students” and gave them the perfect opportunity to invite Mrs. Harrison to talk to the students about how bees have an important impact on the community.

The week after her presentation Mrs. Harrison returned to do a bee related craft with all of the students. Thanks to Mrs. Harrison for helping our students learn in a fun and engaging way!
