Preparing students to live the "good life" after graduating from high school requires multiple supports from those that are eligibility specific to those that are family and community-based. Join us for a day of learning about how best practices in secondary transition, coupled with the many different types of integrated supports can help each student realize his/her good life. Large group sessions and breakout sessions will focus on topics such as: - Best Practices in Secondary Transition Planning
