This one-day training is designed for buildings implementing Tier I practices with 70% implementation on the Tier I Tiered Fidelity Inventory.
Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) is a broad range of systemic and individualized strategies for achieving important social and learning outcomes in school communities while preventing problem behavior.
This training will include a review of various Tier II evidence-based interventions including Check-In Check-Out, Social and Academic Instructional Groups, Self-Monitoring, etc. For each intervention, participants will learn about the purpose, which students would benefit most, how to ensure fidelity of implementation, and how to monitor if student progress is being made.
