The SST3 Transition Network will meet four times per year to share relevant and updated information as it relates to transition services and graduation pathways. Resources will be shared from ODEW, NTACT-C, OCALI, Ohio Employment First, and other agencies or organizations that are pertinent to secondary transition planning. Topics for discussion will be driven by the group attending the network meetings. |
