Preparing students to live the "good life" after graduating from high school requires multiple supports from those that are eligibility specific to those that are family and community based. Join us for a day of learning about how best practices in secondary transition, coupled with the many different types of integrated supports can help each student realize his/her good life. Large group sessions and breakout sessions will focus on topics such as: - Self-Advocacy
