Who may want to attend this training?

Superintendents or Designees (LEA Setup)

• OhioES opens for the 2024-2025 school year at the beginning of August. Evaluations cannot occur until the District LEA has been setup.

• Setup includes selecting rubrics, identifying evaluation cycle lengths, managing evaluators, and creating evaluations.

• Staffing can be updated by the Superintendent, Designee, or at the Building level by the Principal.

• Common errors, fixes, and management of the system will be discussed during this training.

All evaluators (Evaluator Support)

• Evaluators of OTES, OPES, and OSCES will utilize OhioES.

• Whether your district uses OhioES in its entirety or not, this training can assist with the navigation and implementation of evaluations.

• Topics covered will be: suggested timelines, common errors and fixes, pinning and signatures, and staff management.
