In his book, Now We’re Talking!, Justin Baeder, outlines a model for administrators to hone their high-performance instructional leadership habits. The book uses a particular framework for classroom walkthroughs, contains important information about setting expectations, managing very frequent classroom visits, and providing meaningful feedback when coaching teachers.
