ABOUT THIS COHORT
This Leadership Cohort is designed for
outstanding principals who are open to taking
their practice to a higher level. Principals will
participate in the 360 Leadership survey for
personalized feedback on their current skills,
and interact as a group in learning topics
including goal setting, vision development, and
structuring a positive building culture.
Communication skills, teacher coaching, and
guiding instruction through effective use of data
and research will also be discussed. The goal of
this cohort is for principals to gain personalized
reflection and enhancement of their leadership
skills to continue to increase student
achievement, while collaborating with principals
from diverse districts in Northeast Ohio.
