This professional series is designed for Human Resources Directors to ensure their systems are:
- established and designed to avoid dispute and confrontation
- implemented with fidelity district-wide
- assessed for needed adjustments frequently
- aligned with district priorities
Each 60-minute session is intended to provide participants with a general overview of system
design needs, additional information to consider including or updating in current systems, and
checklists to assess alignment. The goal of this series is to ensure that the current HR systems are
efficient and effective.
All sessions are offered virtually via Zoom from 9:00 - 10:00AM. Educators may sign up for
sessions independently or the entire series.
Onboarding/Orientation - above and beyond the Opening Meeting
