A major hurdle in implementing PBL in the classroom is that it requires simultaneous changes in curriculum, instruction and assessment practices – changes that often are foreign to practicing teachers.
Infuse STEM/STEAM concepts into your curriculum.
Utilize PBL to Differentiate for your gifted learners.
Project-Based Learning (PBL) is a teaching method in which students gain knowledge and skills by working through a process of sustained inquiry that responds to a complex question, problem, or challenge. PBL 101 will explore project research and design, tools and resources, and how PBL supports 21st century skills development for ALL students.
