Join our ESC consultants and a cohort of assistant principals/deans in a
five part series designed to level up instructional leadership. This is a great
opportunity for assistant principals/deans to engage in a deeper
understanding of the evidence based leadership practices that ensure ALL
students have access to equitable learning opportunities. The cohort will
consist of 25 leaders from across northeast Ohio.
Following each session, we will offer 30 minutes of optional support to
guide resume design and review interview strategies. A final optional
session is available for resume feedback and application of interview
strategies. The goal of this additional support is to prepare those looking
to take the next step in their leadership careers.
