In this six-part series, your team will gain invaluable insights into the elements of a robust district-level literacy plan, whether that plan is a:

 

  • Reading Achievement Plan
  • Reading Improvement Plan
  • Local Literacy Plan

 

We will guide you through aligning these elements into a cohesive roadmap for improving literacy outcomes across your district.

 

The series provides an exploration of the what, who, why, and how of developing a comprehensive reading plan. Participants will learn about the five key sections necessary for a high-quality district literacy plan. By the end of this series, your district will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to develop a literacy plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
