Dr. Robert Balfanz is a distinguished professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education, co-director of the Center for Social Organization of Schools, and Director of the Everyone Graduates Center. In this session, he will share how high-quality student success systems can be transformative if they are inclusive, fueled by strong relationships, guided by improvement science, and shaped by student mindsets. They are a way to organize a school community to better support academic progress, career and college transitions, and the well-being of all students.
