This series is designed for building leaders responsible for improving learning experiences and 

outcomes for ALL students.

1. We will explore multiple data sources to identify: who are the struggling learners in my 

building?

2. We will build capacity in the navigation and use of relevant data sources that provide 

disaggregated data by subgroup.

3. We will explore daily and long-term decisions to improve learning experiences and outcomes for 

students.
