The purpose of this training is to support schools and districts with the implementation of, or enhancing efforts around, opioid use mitigation and prevention. The training will also define prevention and provide mitigation strategies that can be implemented within a PBIS framework to support all students, including those who have mental health needs as a result of being negatively impacted by opioid use. Additionally, ORC 3313.60 | Prescribed Curriculum address prevention practice as it pertains to opioid use and addiction. |
