Key social-emotional skills and teaching strategies targeted in this training include friendship skills, emotional literacy skills, ability to control anger and impulse, and problem-solving skills. Resources to involve families and caregivers are shared. Connections to Early Childhood Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) are reviewed throughout the series.
