The Early Childhood Special Education Itinerant Network is designed to provide a forum for Itinerant teachers to come together to discuss the challenges and successes that are inherent in the Itinerant Service Delivery Model. In this supportive environment, participants will learn from each other as they share stories, problem solve and explore current evidence-based strategies while striving toward improving their coaching and consulting skills. An optional book study will be a component for those who wish to take a “deeper dive” into relevant topics. One hour of graduate credit can be earned through Ashland University. One joint workgroup will be offered for Itinerants to partner with supervisors to develop an action plan for addressing LRE and to explore resources to inform their practices. Virtual meetings will be scheduled for 2 hours with materials sent in advance.
