ELAN is a professional network offered to school administrators and teachers who provide programs and services to English learners. The network focuses on relevant topics, compliance issues, and shares resources. The meeting are open to Consortium member districts and all others. Topics include discussions of data, trends in CCIP, district priorities, sharing research and evidence-based strategies, use of carryover and spending in required categories.
