This half day training is for educational staff who would like to learn more about Ohio laws and mandates that impact school policy and operations. Christina Peer, Weston Hurd LLP, will kick off the session with legal updates on topics pertaining to Student Wellness including but not limited to HB123, SB 288, HB 410, Seclusion and Restraint law and Special education. Following this, the Student Wellness Department will offer technical assistance on implementation, with ample time allocated for Q&A sessions. |
