In this two-part professional learning session Suzanne Miklos, President and Founder, OE Strategies, will provide an overview of the history and science behind DiSC®, a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. Participants will complete a 15 minute DiSC® assessment and receive a personalized profile. Part I will be held virtually on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 6:00 - 7:00 P.M.
Part 2 will be a face-to-face learning session to be held at the ESCNEO on Wednesday, March 26th
In this follow-up session, Suzanne will provide participants with a deeper understanding of the four personality profiles: (D)ominance, (I)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)onscientiousness. Participants will be able to learn about their unique behavioral style, strategies for engaging with others, your needs, and preferred environments. Part 2 will be held at the ESC of Northeast Ohio on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.
