OLi4 (Ohio Leadership for Inclusion, Implementation, and Instructional Improvement) is an
initiative launched in 2014 by an Ohio university in collaboration with the Ohio Department
of Education. It provides professional development for district leadership and personalized
coaching for principals, assistant principals, and other educational leaders. Participants
join a leadership cohort, fostering collaboration and networking with administrators
statewide.
A new OLi4 cohort for the 2025-26 school year will be offered. Each cohort lasts for two years. Mr.
Rodney Harrelson, Regional OLi4 Facilitator, will give a brief presentation about the program and
answer any questions you may have.
Additionally, participants who participate in the cohort can earn credit and/or contact hours toward license renewal.
