The One Needs Assessment is a new comprehensive tool that provides the opportunity for districts and schools to focus on a few items of high impact for continuous improvement. The One Needs Assessment directs districts and schools towards creating a “focused plan” One Plan to send to the CCIP. All districts and schools that receive federal funding will be required to use this planning tool this school year.
Participants will:
· Understand the purpose of EdSteps, the One Needs Assessment and the One Plan and expectations/timelines for completion of the tool.
· Explore and understand how to login and use the One Needs Assessment tool including specific question sections and groupings.
· Consider data needed, team members and the district/school process to complete the One Needs Assessment.
Audience: District/Building leaders and Community School leaders, sponsors and management company personnel interested in learning more about the new One Needs Assessment.
*We recommend district and building level leaders attend this session together.
