The aim of this workshop is to help participants achieve an understanding of the fundamental premise of Restorative Justice - that people are happier, more cooperative, and more likely to make positive changes in their lives when those in positions of authority do things with them rather than to them or for them. This Introductory workshop will explore how to build strong, healthy relationships among students, families, and colleagues using restorative justice practices. |
