Has your BLT team been engaged in the Ohio Improvement Process for a number of years and you aren’t getting the improvement outcomes you want?  Does your BLT need some restructuring?  Are you looking for ways to build teacher leaders through your BLT to also lead the TBTs?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this collaborative teaming professional development series is for you.  This PD series will help build the   capacity of shared leadership within your building.  The series will allow your team to create collective belief statements, which in turn, enhance your collaboration and communication to improve student achievement for all learners in your building.  Each team’s belief statements may reflect their views on factors that impact student learning, culture/climate, how assessment data is used, and stakeholder involvement. 


Audience:   Principal, Building Leadership Team (BLT) members, and Teacher leaders that are on the Building Leadership Team and also leaders in their TBTs.


Time:  1:00 pm – 3:30 pm
