The Cuyahoga County Transition Collaborative (CCTC) is a multi-agency planning team composed of members of the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, Transition Specialists, and Parent Mentor organizations.
CCTC meets to discuss and develop cross-agency plans and services for Cuyahoga County students with disabilities. |
