Description:
Purpose A school’s mission, vision, and core values are essential to determine the direction of a building. Creating a strong set of core values will ensure that the deeply held beliefs and driving forces of your staff are at the heart of all decisions and represent your highest priorities. Are you wondering where to start? Or how to align your building’s mission to that of the district? Look no further. This half-day session, aimed at Building Leaders, will provide you with definitions, resources, and important conversation starters to produce a clear set of core values with your staff. Those core values will become the building blocks for your mission and vision.
