This professional learning community is intended to assist with the implementation of OPES
2.0. In addition, it will also serve as an opportunity for evaluators to develop best practices for
evaluations and network with colleagues on common themes, resources, and needs for the
implementation of OPES 2.0. Participants can join every session or only those that meet their
learning/scheduling needs.
Format
All sessions will be offered via Zoom. The first 15 minutes will cover a trending topic, update,
or timely need related to OPES 2.0. After that, the session is open to participants to network,
ask questions, seek advice, share ideas, and learn from each other. All sessions, except for the
August Kick-Off, will be scheduled from 9:30 – 10:30 to allow for time to support rich
conversations and dialogue.
Registration
These sessions are free of charge. Registration is required prior to each session in order to
receive access to the Zoom link.
Due to lower-than-expected numbers and scheduling conflicts for several districts, the 8/24 session has been rescheduled and consolidated into the virtual meeting scheduled for October 12th.
