Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) teaches professionals the skills to identify, prevent and de-escalate crises in the workplace. With distinct levels of training, CPI offers solutions for every role and risk level, in every organization.

This session is focused on the specific options available to support the PBIS training requirements in Ohio Administrative Code 3301.

Cost: $140.00 per person ($40 of this cost is for the training manual/modules)

This training focuses on de-escalation techniques, risk assessment, and both non-restrictive and restrictive interventions.

Who:
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training is perfect for primary caregivers, educators, and human service professionals who experience and directly intervene in crisis situations.

Format of Training (8.5 hours is recommended in total):

  • 2 Hours of asynchronous online modules of pre-work
  • 6.5 Hour synchronous session in person
