Description: |
This year’s 5 day intensive classroom (ASD) training will focus on staff working with students aged 5-14 on the autism spectrum. The training is very intensive and includes daily lectures, and hands-on experiences with students with autism in a model classroom. Close guidance and feedback from 5 trainers will be provided throughout. While the focus group is students with autism, the strategies learned by teachers are applicable to other students with other developmental disabilities as well. |
