Three Brooklyn High School students had the distinct honor of being named Scholastic Art and Writing Award winners for their impressive artwork. Congratulations to Maryam Al-Baghdadi, Calissa Schillinger, andJackie Rodriguez for this outstanding recognition! Artwork by Maryam and Calissa received Gold Key recognition and advanced to the national awards competition for consideration. The Scholastic Art & Writing Awardsis the nation’s longest running and one of the most respected programs that recognizes the creativity of teens.
