Chris Pelphrey serves as an Education Consultant for State Support Team Region 3 at the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio, partnering with school and district leaders to strengthen instructional systems and improve student outcomes. His work focuses on providing curriculum support, professional learning, instructional coaching, and technical assistance to build district and school capacity. Chris collaborates with educators and leadership teams to develop sustainable professional learning plans aligned to district goals, instructional priorities, and student achievement data.
Chris brings extensive experience in teaching, instructional coaching, curriculum development, and educational consulting. Throughout his career, he has served as a Teacher, Instructional Coach, Teaching and Learning Consultant (ESCNEO), and Curriculum Coordinator.

In addition to his role as an Consultant, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at Ashland University, where he works with future educators to connect research, effective instructional practice, and classroom application.
Chris and his wife reside in Avon with their daughter.
