Victoria Lewis is a consultant for the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio. Prior to joining the ESC of Northeast Ohio, Victoria was the School Improvement Coordinator for Region 3 (Cuyahoga County) State Support Team. She began her educational journey as a teacher in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District. She then pursued her passion of leading and empowering others through her role as an administrator in the Parma City School District. Victoria's past experiences and passion are in the areas of School Improvement, Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS), Principal Coaching and Strategic Planning. She is also devoted to ensuring that all students are provided equal educational opportunities.
Victoria and her husband reside in Strongsville with their two children.
