Mindy Geschke is a teaching and learning consultant with the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio. She provides support and technical assistance to schools in all components related to the Ohio Teacher and Principal Evaluation Systems (eTPES) in addition to OTES implementation and support, and analyzes student work using multiple data sources to improve planning and instruction.
Prior to joining the ESC, Mindy taught high school mathematics in both traditional and online settings. She has spent the past six years in administration at the building and district levels with a focus on teacher evaluation, instructional leadership and professional development.
Mindy lives in Broadview Heights with her husband Pat (a fellow educator) and their three children, Maddie, Sydney and Oli
