Kory Jalowiec is a teaching and learning consultant with the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio. He provides support and assistance with the implementation of legislative state initiatives to educators and districts. He is the co-chair of the ESC Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC). Kory also is the Program Coordinator for the Resident Educator program.
Prior to the ESC, Kory taught high school social studies as well as Special Education at North Ridgeville High School. Kory served as the social studies department head for seven years, overseeing creation of new courses (including two AP classes and a Service Learning class) and adoption of new curriculum and technology. Before teaching at North Ridgeville, Kory taught ninth-grade Special Education at Elyria High School.
Kory and his wife, Amanda, reside in North Olmsted with their son, Myles, and daughter, Parker.
