Lea Travis is the Co-Facilitator of the TALK Network, which brings together area educators to collaborate, share effective practices and resources, and engage with ODEW educators.  Lea also facilitates the First Ring Curriculum Network, consisting of curriculum directors from the sixteen districts surrounding and including CMSD. On the ground in districts, Lea currently serves  Brooklyn, East Cleveland, Fairview Park, and Garaway.  Over the past 12 years at the ESC, Lea has facilitated several professional development sessions and served in several area districts.

Lea brings over 40 years of experience in education, from being a high school social studies teacher to elementary principal and district curriculum director.  She also taught in the education department at the University of Dayton for two years.
