This leadership network will provide professional development, networking, collaboration, and conversation with a focus on the role of district leaders in successfully planning and implementing the district's One Plan through the use of collaborative team structures. Drivers for systems change will provide the foundation of our learning in this network.

The agenda for the February 4 meeting has been modified to include an instructional overview of the One Needs Assessment.
In the One Needs Assessment Overview Session, participants will:
- Understand the purpose of EdSteps, the One Needs Assessment, and the One Plan, and expectations/timelines for completion.
- Experience the enhancements to the One Needs Assessment and One Plan platform.
- Consider data sources and format, team membership, timeline development to complete the One Needs Assessment and develop the One Plan.
- Understand how to use a root cause analysis process as a necessary component of completing the One Needs Assessment.
