Brooklyn School Named a Purple Star School by ODE

Brooklyn School was recently notified of the outstanding achievement which has resulted in its being named an Ohio Purple Star School for its commitment to serving military-connected students and families. In doing so, Brooklyn School has met the specific criteria set by Ohio’s Purple Star Advisory Board, which includes creating a system of supports that addresses the unique academic, social, and emotional needs of students who have a connection with the U.S. military, hosting events that honor military families and more.

Congratulations to Principal Bollin and Brooklyn School, for earning the Purple Star designation and for their dedicated efforts in supporting Ohio’s military families!
