Two-hour small group sessions offer advice and strategies for tackling common behavior problems. Groups may be offered at community locations or virtually. Each discussion group can be taken as a single session or as part of a series.

Hassle-free meal-times
Individual Consultations:
Brief 15-30 minutes consultations that address any specific behavior challenge or parenting issue you may be having.; Crying, hitting, homework, nightmares, sharing, separation anxiety, interrupting, work/family balance and much, much more. Consultations may occur over the phone, via Zoom or face to face if requested. Consultations generally include 2-4 sessions over the course of a few weeks.
Positive Parenting Course:
An 8-week course that includes 5 group sessions supported by 3 individual coaching sessions by phone. Small groups of parents attend in-depth training in positive parenting skills that apply across a broad spectrum of behavioral issues. The course offers understanding behind the causes of child behavior, how to give directions children will follow, and how to implement behavior change while building positive relationships with your children.
