Kajal Brazwell is the Program Coordinator for the Ohio Online Learning Program (OOLP) at the Educational Service Center (ESC) of Northeast Ohio. In this role, she oversees the K-12 online educational programs and spearheads the expansion of innovative online learning opportunities. Her initiatives include the Early Information Technology Program, in partnership with the University of Cincinnati, and the Dropout Recovery Program, in collaboration with Graduation Alliance.

Starting her teaching career in 2005, Kajal has taught middle and high school English in both traditional and charter school settings, providing her with a wealth of experience in diverse educational environments. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in English, a 7-12 Integrated Language Arts license, and a Master of Science in Education from Purdue University with a concentration in Instructional Design and Technology.

Kajal lives in Michigan with her husband, son, and two dogs.

"The Ohio Online Learning Program provides students with alternative educational opportunities within their school districts, supporting those who are homebound, have scheduling conflicts, or need to recover credits, ensuring their education continues seamlessly without disrupting their learning and growth."

Regina Parks has dedicated 22 years to the field of education, holding a variety of positions such as high school math teacher, college math professor, online instructor, student learning advocate, and program specialist. She earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Cleveland State University and holds a master's degree in engineering as well as a principal licensure.

Outside of teaching, her hobbies include playing pickleball, attending theater and museum events, traveling, and spending time with her daughter.

"The most rewarding aspect of working at OOLP is getting the opportunity to engage with and help students, parents, and districts from across northeast Ohio every day!"

Prior to the ESC, Dan Ogilvy taught in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District as a pre-kindergarten master teacher.  Dan has served as the Step Up to Quality administrator for his school where he led two school teams in earning five stars from the Ohio Department of Education.  He received the Excellence in Teaching Award from the District in 2018, possesses the Ohio Teacher Leader Endorsement and the Senior Professional Educator license as well as the Master Teacher license.    Dan is also an adjunct for Cleveland State University.  He has worked as a mentor teacher and a PAR (Peer Assistance and Review) and PEAC (Promoting Educator Advancement in Cleveland) teacher.    He is also passionate about supporting educators in the areas of self-care and increasing reflective practice.  Dan was also a Head Varsity Soccer Coach for 9 years and was a State Team Coach for the Olympic Development Program.

Dan resides in Avon Lake with his wife Emily (fellow educator), and their three children: Graeme, Annabelle, and Rory and their dog, Juno.

"I feel it is important that all students have access to the learning environment that fits their individualized needs. With OOLP, we can help students gain that opportunity."
