State Support Team 3 (SST3) is dedicated to providing exceptional educational support and services to our districts, families, and communities. By utilizing coaching strategies and sharing leadership resources, our team of consultants works collaboratively with districts and schools to develop and enhance systems and structures to address supports for students with disabilities, early learning, literacy, positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS), and family engagement.
As a regionally-based organization, SST3 provides universal support to districts in Cuyahoga County and targeted and intensive support to districts and schools identified through Ohio’s differentiated accountability system and the special education rating system. Our team serves as a regional link in the educational cascade between the state and local levels and can provide support to districts and schools in the development and sustainability of collaborative teams, identification, and analysis of data, development and implementation of a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS), development of high-quality professional development and engagement with partners in the region.
