Ohio’s Statewide System of Support includes the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, regional State Support Teams, Education Service Centers, Information Technology Centers, and partnering organizations. As a part of the Statewide System of Support, the State Support Team provides educational services designed to support continuous improvement among Ohio schools and districts with a primary focus on identified buildings and districts to implement evidence-based instructional practices and interventions. By utilizing coaching strategies and sharing leadership resources, the SST consultants work in collaboration with districts and schools to develop and enhance systems and structures to address supports for students with disabilities, early learning, literacy, math, positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS), college and career readiness, and family and community engagement.
